The client offers a high-end home-party service that goes well beyond the food itself: styling and decorating the entire dining space, renting out premium cutlery and tableware, and providing live hospitality from chefs and service staff, all combined to suit each customer's needs. At the proposal stage, however, every plan was put together by hand, which made the process extremely labor-intensive.

■ Solution

・We developed an image generation system powered by generative AI, automating what had previously been manual work.

・Users specify the room layout, the number of guests, the budget, and keywords such as "glamorous" or "simple," and the system generates a party visual in real time, drawing on images the AI has been trained on in advance. The intended workflow is for users to fine-tune the conditions and progressively home in on the atmosphere of their ideal party.

・The position of each piece of cutlery can be specified and rendered within the generated image.
