mign Corporation (Head office: Arakawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Masahiro Tsushima), a developer of software utilizing cutting-edge technology for the construction and civil engineering industries, in cooperation with Yokosuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture (Mayor: Katsuaki Kamiji) and Toda Corporation (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Seisuke Otani), will begin demonstration testing in October 2023 of a system for automatically determining the rules to be observed when applying for building permits.


This means that companies involved in urban development and construction must comply not only with the law, but also with the ordinances and regulations of each municipality when applying for a building permit.
